The biggest weakness in Celtic playing the 3-4-3 system is a lack of wing-backs.
This is the hardest position to find players for as to play wing-back requires a Rolls Royce engine.

Tae-seok Lee, 23, £700k
Number 1 choice for "left" wing back! This guy is the real deal. Tremendous player & tremendous athlete. Fits the bill perfectly. 13 caps for South Korea, 4 goal contributions so far in the Austrian League, and looks an all-round top class left wing back.
Diego Medina, 23, £700k
This is the number 1 target for "right" wing back! Absolutely solid & dependable defender who already has 30 caps for Bolivia. Shades of Tommy Boyd & Emilio Izaguirre abut him - would fit the bill for this position.
Josh Doig, 23, £4.5m
In an ideal world, this would have been the number 1 target for left wing back, but the biggest drawback is, how much would it cost to get him - £6m? Is that inflated? Probably... From watching this lad in the SPFL we know he is a stellar player, and is now an established left back in Serie A. If available for the right price then should snap him up.
Flavio Nazinho, 22, £4.0m
Seasoned Portuguese youth international. 15 goal contributions in 80 games in the Belgian Jupiler League for a struggling team. Fits the bill very well, though the only question would be how he well he adapts to life in Scotland.
Dominik Marczuk, 22, £1.0m
Looked a superstar in the Polish Leagues with 22 goal contributions in 47 games Jagiellonia. Has also been a solid performer over the past 30 games in the MLS. 1 cap for Poland and a seasoned youth international. Fits the bill as well, and for the right price should be strong looking into a deal.
Lucas Agazzi, 20, £1.0m
Seasoned youth international for Uruguay, and recently called up to Uruguay. Strongest asset is running power & is also a top player. Even has a name similar to Agathe!
Stefan Despotovski, 20, £650k
North Macedonia right back, currently performing very well in the Serbian League for Beograd & doing very well. Could be a shrewd signing.
Ognjen Gasevic, 23, £550k
CSKA 1948 defender, left back, recently called up to Montenegro squad, 3 assists in 10 games in Bulgarian League this season as well as tenacious in the tackle. Looks a very dependable emerging player with a very good future ahead of him.
Joseph Rosales, 25, £2m
Left wing back renowned for running power. 35 caps for Honduras. 15 goal contributions in 100 MLS games is a stellar record for a wing-back. If available for the right price well worth signing.
Max Johnston, 21, £3m
Scotland international, established at English Championship level who has won the Austrian League & also played well in the Champions League. This would be a tremendous acquisition for right wing-back. If Derby were prepared to business at the right price, Celtic should be right in there looking to do a deal here.
