The conceptual theory of 'Case-Flash' is that the best way for a Jurist to keep their legal knowledge up-to-date is to micro-dose this maintenance process. This means in practice a Jurist spending 5-10 minutes+ per day reading the stare decisis of the most recent & important Court Judgments.

Case-Flash is on Twitter/X. This provides the stare decisis of the case, as well as the subject(s)invoked, and a diagram of the key facts & concepts decided. By reading these a person can maintain an awareness of all the new case-law introduced & ensure that their legal knowledge remains bang up to date.
'Case-Flash' also provides a link to a fuller case-summary with more extended facts & the ratio-decidendi (rationale of the decision), for those Jurists whose interest is particularly piqued by the case and/or the subject(s) invoked. Moreover, there is also a link to the Judgment itself for those Jurists who are exceptionally engrossed by the full facts & legal arguments explored in the Judgment.
