Lex-Cerebro: The Law's Brain

Although it is inded extremely helpful to have all the case-law summaries from a Court laid out chronologically in an open-source database like 'CaseTower', more refinement is needed for an efficacious research process.

The concept of 'Lex Cerebro' is that case-summaries of all 'landmark' & 'leading' Judgments from across the entire world should be filed into one of the 124 law subjects.

You can click down the left-hand column for 'Lex Cerebro' done for the UK Supreme Court - 3 Landmark UKSC Judgments filed into the 124 law subjects.

The vision of 'Lex Cerebro' is that this can & should be done for not just the UK Supreme Court, but every Court on every continent, country, and region across the world - EU Supreme Court, ECtHR, Court of Session, Supreme Court of New York, US Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Canada etc. It is postulated to be inevitable that this will eventually be done for the entire world to make deductive legal as 'triple twenty' in point as possible, with a drop down menu containing 'Lex Cerebro' for all locations.

This would leave the online legal research process effectively like the diagram below.

This would leave 'no stone unturned' in any legal research process and allow truth & justice to be the cornerstone of the future - the only question is whether the modern world can 'handle the truth', as the famous legal saying goes.
