Judgment:
The Court held that it is important that expert witnesses see their role as to provide an educational viewpoint on the technicalities of the area so that the Court so that the Court can establish the facts in the case - “... experts, do not decide the case. If it were as simple as that we would not need to have heard from anyone other than the two experts in this case”.
